Excel In English Writing By Not Being A Crammer

For native English speakers, it might be easy to read and write in English for they have been speaking in English since they were born. However, for those who have come from a non-English speaking country things can get pretty difficult. This does not imply that native speakers do not face any hindrances in performing well in their essay and term paper assignments, but it means that a foreigner often faces more difficulty because English is not his/her first language.
There is still hope because you can try to improve your English reading and writing skills through various methods. Here are some that can help you be a good English speaker, reader and a writer.
Read English Novels
An interesting way to improve your language is to start reading English story books and novels. It will help you in a number of ways. First, by reading regularly, you will discover new words which will increase your vocabulary. Secondly, by reading you will know the proper sentence structure and writing style which will help you write better. The best thing about reading is that you can choose what to read. Whether it is romance, fantasy, politics or sci-fi you will learn from every book irrespective of its genre.
Use Strong Supportive Words
Nowadays everyone is looking for terse but informative content. To spice up your writing you need to add brief words that give complete meaning to the sentence yet are short. For example, instead of saying, ‘He was able to face the danger,’ you can say, ‘He was courageous’. Another important thing is to add supportive adjectives with the noun. For instance, beautiful scenery, fearless pilot, vivid colors etc.
Edit All The Irrelevant Content
A good piece of writing is clear and direct. You don’t get the appreciation for saying something in  100 words, what could have been written in a mere 50 words. So remember it’s not just about filling pages, but about giving out useful information and making the content worthy to spend time on.
Take Criticism Positively and Try To Improve

Writing a paper on a regular basis and then giving it to someone for checking is the best thing you can do to improve your writing skills. When someone points out your mistakes, take it positively rather than thinking that the other person is not appreciative. Remember, you share your work to get criticism so that you become perfect at what you do.
